Registered member's posts not being accepted
A member has had difficulty this morning trying to post.
She gets the message -
ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
While trying to retrieve the URL: http://pols.forumotion.co.uk/post
The following error was encountered:
•Zero Sized Reply
Squid did not receive any data for this request.
She was posting OK up until then, and everyone else seems to be OK.
I have checked on her profile, and I can't see anything that would cause it.
Any ideas please?

Re: Registered member's posts not being accepted
What is her ISP, and is she the only one with the issue?

She is the only one.
I will wait until the end of the day to see if the problem is perhaps her end of things, and then let you know.

Re: Registered member's posts not being accepted
What exactly is she trying to post? Apparently, there is a "blacklist" in which some words are automatically blocked upon being posted.
Re: Registered member's posts not being accepted
Her post is quite innocuous, so I don't think it can be that.
Re: Registered member's posts not being accepted
Hmm... is she still experiencing any problems? You could try logging into her account and try posting yourself.
Re: Registered member's posts not being accepted
She has been out today, so I will see what happens this evening... I hope it's her end tbh.
Re: Registered member's posts not being accepted
You're welcome, but posting consecutively is not tolerated unless separated by 24 hours since the last post. In future, please use the edit button to avoid receiving any warnings.
Alright then, I will leave this topic open for your reply.

Sorry to be a pain, but she is still experiencing problems.
How do I go about logging into her account please?

You would need to ask for the password. It is something with his/her ISP provider though.

Re: Registered member's posts not being accepted
OK, we shall try that.
She did say that the following happened yesterday when she tried again...
"I tried to post and right at the bottom it said “waiting for smileys frame”, then it timed out and I got the same message about an error."
Is it possible one of the newer smileys might have caused a problem?
EDIT
I have just posted as her, and it is fine. It must be her ISP in that case.
Sorry to have troubled you.
