The ranks seem a little too big dont they? Otherwise I like them alot. Good job!

Nice! This needs to be in the gallery, but just the right icons in the right spot.

Splendid! Just make the ranks a lot more smaller, and make a whole bunch more!

anyway nice job 8/10 I say this because you (A) left the one bar empty maybe you should put "banned" on it then, and (B) the ranks are huge... other then that there good.
