Cursor trick.... Empty Cursor trick....

While visiting a website I found out a cursor I would like to have on my forum.... but I dont know if it is possible.... Here's the link of the cursor I had in mind... http://www.hypergurl.com/messagecursor.html
I tried to use the codes on the CSS Stylesheet... but nothing Sad
I also tried another way to make the cursor work, (that only works on Mozilla Firefox) but it's not what I had in mind... See for yourself (use Mozilla)... http://cbrxx.darkbb.com/forum.htm
Can it be possible to make that cursor (of the first link) actually work? scratch
