Solved I want to restore my forum, but I can't!

Hi. I deleted my forum about few days ago. Now I want it back. I want to restore it, but I can't. When I try to restore it, it says: "An error was encountered during the backup. Please verify the address." Please help me, I don't know what to do... :/
