Lack of options

Hello everyone.
I wanted a quick and good way to make forum and i found this site.
I created forum but i do not have all options. I dont have options to activate users manual or allow signatures... I was watching some tutorials here but i simply dont have all that options.
Is it because i tried to create site w/o registration on this site? I registrate myself, but i still have poor control over it.
Im completly new in this story...started few hours ago.

Hi,

Are you the founder? If so, you've got the full ability to control your forum. By going to the administration control panel that is set at the bottom of the screen in your forum. After entering it, you'd then do anything you want.

Yes i am the founder. but i dont know is it because of localization or idk what

In ''users'' i have 2 options and i should have like 7...

Choose the advanced mode in order to get MORE AND MORE options in ALL sections/groups/options/tabs...

The advanced mode is right there bottom-left of your screenshot.

aaaah! omg... i hate localizations! Translation is wrong...how can i change it to english?

ACP > General tab > Forum box > Configurations > Default language. Choose English.

hmmm ... now its a mess...half is on english and other bad translated...
