ALL content is gone from site and cant access admin control panel or sign in.

Myself and other admins cannot see the comments on our forum. We can only see the scroll and the widgets, other than that, where the comments are suppose to be, we see all white!! What can we do?

Also cant access admin panel!! Anyone here?

Why can't you access the ACP? Aren't you a(n) founder/administrator? If yes, login and take a look at the bottom of the page. Click at 'Administration panel'. If you still can't get in, provide what does it say when you attempt to go in it.

I am an administrator but not founder, can only see the scroll, and a few widgets. some widgets are missing and admin panel is not visible. cant even log in.

We cannot access the admin panel. We cannot scroll down that far - it is blank.

Its not working, get the same results and cant sign in because its blank.

That is what it looks like no matter what link we click on. the topics still are scrolling but the rest is blank, cant see the bottom of the page, and cant access acp

Could this possibly be a hack? I dont notice any other sites having this issue

Resynchronize your forum. See if it works out.

I am new at this, how would I resynchronize the forum? If it requires going into the admin panel or accessing any of the tools on the site, I cant do it. Cant see the admin panel or access anything because its all blank. that is the biggest problem. we cant even try any of the admin tools to try and fix the issue.

no need to be sorry, thanks for your help. I cant imagine what could be wrong. I am hoping the site wasn't hacked somehow. I dont see anyone else having this issue today

The site has been unaccessible for 6 hours now. Is there somewhere else I can or should go for help? I have PM'd 3 different mods/admins and still no response. Not trying to be pushy, but really need some tech support. I dont want to lose members.

Our members are in desperate need of the support our forum offers. Many are at their wits end emotionally. we count on each other for support to get us through a very difficult time in our lives.

Has any other site had this happen to them before? If so, what was the cause and if it was fixable, how did you fix it? We would really appreciate any input anyone has. forum has been unaccessible for 7 hours now.

I am the founder of this site. I have been trying to contact typlo for months about my issue with not having the info for the forum utilities. I was handed forum founder months ago however never given the info for the username and password for the forum utilities.

We need help fast. I put in place all security measures that were suggested here by forumotion months ago.

Right now I cant even see the admin panel and all forums are gone.

Just a thing to take a look at
If you was a admin on a forum or a mod of a site take a look at your Email's
When you are a mod / admin and you get removed from a group you should get a Email saying you was removed or added to that group
if the admin or a hacker has removed you then that info should be sent to you by Email.

when i removed my old forum i removed all members and staff then closed the site by removing the forum Categories and posts

If the info is not there then i think the best thing to do is PM typlo the admin here with what info you can to help him and send a link of this thread so he can see what you have already been told ...

oh this i had the same problem its basically a widget or type of update you did to the forum.when i had this problem it was because of my own custom widget but im not really sure about urs

@kamz89 - yesterday we had trouble with a widget. it was showing up twice but not for everyone. it was really weird. I wonder if that is what is causing this. The biggest problem is we cannot even access the admin control panel or the forum tools, or anything on the site. How did you fix it? Thanks!

Your welcome and sorry it was not of any other help to you on this matter

I think the best thing to do on this matter is to see if you can get your founder to log in by the Forums utilities
and run a back up to last night and see if that will fix the problem
if not the only other way is to ask Typlo to do the backup for you.

The founder tried to contact Typlo months ago to see how he can get a new pw for the forum utilities but never heard back. we sent him a pm today as well. Someone transferred the site over to the founder and never gave him the login details. We cant get in touch with the old founder.

The site has been down for more than 7 hours now.

Now it would help if a mod or staff member of this support site could also give typlo a heads up on this matter.
