I dont quite understand what you mean but I think you mean they get automated automatically?

If so do the following:

ACP -> Users and Groups -> Users Options -> New accounts activation :
Automatic activation

What I showed you will automatically activate them, if you want them to log in automatically when they visit, they need to click the box that says: Log me in Automatically before they login the first time.

but when they delete their browsing history then it doesnt login automatically

Not browsing history, Cookies. This is the only way to do it, there is no way to keep a member online 24/7. They must stay online themselves.
