Missing Contact and Donations Links in Footer

I modified my overall footer in the template almost a year ago and used the following codes to insert both the 'contact' and 'donations' links inline with other footer links:

and everything worked fine. However, both are now missing.

I've already double-checked, and even re-activated both the 'contact' and 'donations' (contributions) info in the Admin panel, but they're still not showing up.

Have the codes been modified? If so, what are they so I can re-insert them into the footer template?

Yes, Indeed the footer template has had a major overhaul over the last year; it's best to just reset it to default and start again.
