My Forum utilities got hacked

Okay well i can prove first emial all that stuff but it won't let me log into my Forum utilities i think it got hacked becuase i got a keylogger last night and reformatted my computer but anyways i can still log onto forum but when i tryed to go to Forum utilities it doesn't let me please help me thanks.

Hi, you need to use the founding credentials to log into the utilities. That means that you need to use the email and password that you used when you created the forum.
