(Only Topic) Cannot Access Administrator Panel

Hello,

Okay I am the founder of a forum, im logged in, i try accessing the administrator panel and iv'e tryed logging in with the correct account details over 10 times, but when i click log in every time for the admin panel...it logs me out.

Any news on this ? I'm now getting same problem. it's been ok today and I can log on the forum and all is fine, but when I go to Admin panel and re-authenticate it logs me out!

I can't acces the Admin Panel, and although it logs me out it still shows me as logged in under hidden user on line.

I have no idea fredhoggin, I am waiting for an Admin to aprove this.

IE, also tried Firefox and same problem. It should work on all browsers There's something fishy going on.

Im also on Firefox 4.0, so something seems to be working there. If any of you have it, I suggest using it for the time being.

Does seem odd it's the first time I've had this problem, think I'm gonna set up another Admin just in case.

Just tryed again on both IE and Firefox, still not working. Not sure what the problem is.

looks like logic workshere,
i opened 2 tabs and in one clicked on AP, and in other i logged out,
and in first tab i loged in to my AP without making me log out. (since im allready logged out)

I guess this is solved than, or if there is other explanation to this bug

Also i deactivated option to confirm the user ID.

I am locked out also. I am using Chrome but it also does not work on IE what is going on, I need to get rid of some spammers...

I have two other admin users and its the same for them too, a general issue overall it seems, without access to the admin panel nothing can be done. This was working fine today oddly, I've 226 users on mine and I really need admin access soon, I've tried different browsers and forumotion.com/admin, still same issues as previously mentioned by others.

I don't think there will be any admins on until either late tonight/tomorrow. Your best bet would be MrMario's word.

Well, clicking the Administrator Panel link below at forum still does not work. I am getting logged out from the forum when I try logging in. But yourdomainname.com/admin is working fine. Thanks

I cannot access my admin panel either. I hope it soon gets resolved for there is something I need to do in admin panel.

I just recently started having the same problem. But to add to the problem I am being logged out of the normal member log in as well. Let's hope this gets fixed without any loss of content.

This is a problem with the login cookie, and it happens at the end of every month. Somewhere in a PHP script on all forumotion boards, there is code that is deleting login cookies at the end of the month, and then not recognizing the new cookie being set until the next day.

This problem will resolve itself over the next 12 hours, depending on your time zone. But I sure wish a tech at eToxic would get rid of this code, so the login cookie would honor its one-year expiration date. Otherwise, you'll be having this exact problem again on June 30th, July 31st, August 31st, etc!

Yes, this will stay like this. Typlo himself had mentioned about this as it was for security measures.
