Solved Questionable adverts/links

When a user is logged out, some advertisements of questionable nature appear on a forum whose topic is not of a smutty nature. Is it possible this can be addressed? Needless to say, the overwhelming majority of the "related topics" aren't even on the forum. They seem to be linked to other forumotion user's forums.
