Post by krjayhawk79 June 2nd 2011, 4:24 pm

I recently paid a good chunk of change to have a professional website made and was told by the designers that I needed my login information to my current site so that they could move my new site over to it. I am at www.ofc-league.com How do I get this information?

We were told last week that we had to wait for Typlo's replacement to transfer to another venue. Now it is Forumotion's policy not to transfer?

We really need an answer.
We had a major problem last week, the forum was down for two days, we had no access to the admin panel or utilities to restore. It was fixed by Forumotion, but we were never given the reason it happened, and we still can't access utilities.

The forum is acting strange again, the first signs that the same problem is going to occur and yet now answers. We have had a problem with utilities since day one and the Founder sent numerous pm's to Typlo over the past four months with no response.

We made the decision to move after the service we received and were told as soon as Typlo's replacement was found we could transfer.

Is this still true?
We put a lot of work into building our forum and did pay a small fee to forumotion for the domain name.

We can't let this happen to our members again, yet it is inevitable due to the lack of information received from Forumotion. We love the set-up, so do our members, but cannot let what happened last week occur again.

It was this week when I made that announcement of Typlo leaving. Domain transfers are not longer being transferred because its not their concern right now and they are under staff as Typlo left. Till a replacement comes in, they aren't going to be doing it and maybe they won't continue it after the replacement because thing changed and goals change. If you want to talk please contact The Godfather since he's the big boss and here to help till a replacement is in.
