Solved Cannot post new topic

Guys I am in a Serious problem with my forum.

I don-no why i am not able to post a new topic/ new pm,
whenever i am clicking on new topic it just go blank.

Here i have uploaded the video of error, Plz help me.

I gone to ACP / Display / Templates / Post & Private Messages / posting_body & set the default template.
