Solved Banned from Online Guardian

Post by Lady_Kyuubi on June 5th 2011, 7:17 pm

Yeap

www.local-uniesienie.com (www.local-uniesienie.forumotion.com)

Forum is themed RPG. Create a character and follow her own life. The forum topics were only just on the game. There was no warez, hacking, Spam, Pornography, and the like.

My forum has been locked from online guardian, for breaking the TOS rules. I wrote to complain because they do not even informed me about the situation and have not even got no warning from 2 years of operation of the forum. So far no reply email I got from them and hence my question. Is there any possibility to save your forum? . Many users' online behavior is appalled guardian. They want to raise the claim even before the Polish courts. Because according to them, we broke the rules, and that even if we were not even informed about it. Forumotion I chose for my forum because it was the best small pings fast servers and high capacity.

I would ask for a response on this issue, and also ideas for saving forum. Many users are disappointed by the fact that they can not spend your free time to communicate with other people. This year we planned to take out loans, even to a forum has become even better and has gained prestige.

Best wishes from Polish.

Matt

Sorry for my bad English.

Sorry for the vocabulary, but I gather the nerves as I write to them at moments message,In Tutorial that if you do please reply this forum can not be saved. So my 2 year job unless she went in vain because the person who notified the forum of this website has just been banned for illegal content and revenge has destroyed my belongings.

The only thing you can do is wait and see. There isn't anything we can do once the site is banned.
