Shoutbox problem Empty Shoutbox problem

No of our admin can access this. The founder of our forum retired and is unable to be contacted. Is there anyway of updating the shoutbox widget or replacing it with a new one? Thanks.

You mean the forums chat box?

I do not know what you mean by your forums founder can not be contacted either?

If you can please post the link or give a couple screen shots on what it's doing or not doing.
