It's a MyBB forum http://i.imm.io/6e19.png . Haven't seen a topic rating system on FM.

so we cant add this feature

It's presently not possible, however, it's a project in my 'to do' list, but I probably wont be able to get onto this until next year with my planned work schedule. Sorry.
