How i can Create Redirects how These
on my forum.... someone help me Please...

I think its not possible on Forumotion....you should wait for some confirmation

For example: <a href="http://ztwds.forumotion.com/" class="postlink" target="_blank">Zoo Tycoon Wildlife Download Site</a><br>

You have to enter the above code into the title of your forum/topic your create. The only thing is that it will not have the redirect count.

it's not really possible to cause a redirection thats different to each link.
There is however, 2 alternatives, neither is pretty.

1) put a link to the place u want the user to go to as the topic starting post & lock the topic
or
2) Do some template changes, and have ugly links that redirect that are no where near where u want them
