Solved Not Found

I am about to add to my Forum page but when i want to look at what ive added to my Page i get an error

Not Found

The requested URL /forum was not found on this server.

Click here to view the home page...

I check on my other pages of my site and there is only two in total that i get it with Forum and Portal page.

I can still see them both in the Administration Panel. any Ideas?

Oh and i got someone else to go to the Forum part and its there. Very Odd...
