Forum Redirecting?

How can i create a forum which redirects to somewhere else...?

No... I don't want to whole forum should be redirected.....
So I have a facebook of my site and I want to add a forum named "Join us at Facebook"...so when any members clicks on that forum he is redirected to your facebook group...
Instead of creating topics and posting...
