Multi buttons header

This is the header of my forum. How to set that when is clicked some of small picitures who are placed in bottom of the header, that forum redect you to some other adress?

You can add them like this, take a look at Adams post here. You can move them around with margins.
There is also a way with image mapping though it's a little bit complicated.
