How do you make rank banners in photoshop for a Naruto RP Forum?

Example:

I want to make them clean like that (no images of any characters or anything) and village exclusive. Brown banners with the Sand Village symbol as well as the rank text (Jounin, Chunin, etc.) and Green banners with the leaf symbol (like the above image)

If you can give me a step-by-step tutorial on how to make them, that would be great. Or even supply me with a link to a site that already has a tutorial.

Also, I would like to figure out how to make Double Rank Banners. Having two banners below the user's avatar instead of just one. That's for cases if someone is an admin or moderator as well as a ex: Leaf Village Jounin or whatever.
