Changing forum icon, title, and description

Hello.
Currently, I don't know if this is the right place. But I want to ask some questions regarding my forum.
First. How can I remove:

"this space"?

Second. When I insert forum icon, how can I change from this:


into this (edited with Paint):

May I ask how did you add your forum icon? Are you refering to your forum icons or pictures in your forum descripition?

Its from: ACP>General>Categories and forum>"orange edit button">image URL. I'm using general "no new post" icon from phpBB just to test it.

Then I go to Display>Pics Managemet>Icons for the forum and choose "hide" at "forum" (icon like this: )

Put after title

If that space cannot be removed. How to remove the white line near the topic icon? But don't remove the line beside topic icon (this icon I used as topic icon example)

I didn't quite get you why do you want to do it.
But it doesn't matter.
To remove that little space that is infront of your forum (where an image for forums new posts should be) try this.
Go to your index_box template and find this
