Help with ranks system idea please

I'm curious of a few things...

First: Would it be possible to put the rank within the name so they're displayed together. If you see the username, you see the rank...

Second: Is there any way to make Additional rank systems? that for example, can change through post count? so you could be, say an administrator, and have your admin gfx (which would be in your username along with name color) but then you could also have an addition image to represent your post count achievement?
