Solved Domain Name Problem

Hello, Good Day to all of you! i let my friend to buy a domain name (not in forumotion) because paypal don't support in our country. We configured the CNAME correctly. now, when we tried to use www.gensanmixclub.com it redirects here Forumotion and sometimes it will not load. when i personalized domain name on my ACP it says "The supplied domain name is not well configured".

Current address: GensanMixClub
Own Domain name: GensanMixClub

Please Help me out in here. Thanks!

"Last step: Validate your domain name in the administration panel of your board." (The supplied domain name is not well configured)

but we already configured the extern domain. i can give you Screen Shots.

i reviewed 5 times now. it is correct. i was thinking if the forumotion owner will have to activate or validate my domain? or when i click the "Validate" it will automatically validate my domain?

ah! i got it!

when you validate the domain name you should use www.domain.com not domain.com...in my case i put domain.com because there is http:// before the validation box..
