Domain/Forum Renewal Empty Domain/Forum Renewal

Post by HStranger June 20th 2011, 9:57 am

Hey guys,

Currently we have an issue that our domain name renewal date is fast approaching (we think about 9 days) and our founder has actually left for 2 or so years and will not return in time, before he left he gave me full access and control over the forum, however it says that only a founder can access this area, hence we cannot renew our domain name, even though we have the money to do so :|

Is there any way for us to do this without our founder?

Speedy reply would be much appreciated, we have left it late but its only come to our attention now.

If the founder account has not been accessed since 6 months.

Check the 2nd Option.

Thanks for the speedy reply!

As i said i think our domain name is due to expire in 9, almost 8 days, will this process be able to be completed before then, or is there a possibility for the name to be extended while it is completed?

You can PM The Godfather. I can't really say how much time it will take.
