Solved Newsletter Sent to a Non-Member

Post by SLGray June 21st 2011, 9:02 am

A couple of days ago, I sent a newsletter. I received a reply from someone asking to be removed from the list (what the person called it). The problem is that the email address from the reply does not match any members' email address. I ask the person to send me their username, but they said they never registered. I would like to know if there is any kind of reason for this type of situation.

they had to have registered without knowing it; and they probably changed their email, or someone else used theirs.
