create piciture in Photoshop, upload it on tinipic or somewhare else, set that link in the bar.

You have to know photoshop or other Graphic Design programs so as to create the favicon image you want and then you have to upload it to a host like servimg,imageshack.Copy the DIRECT LINK and paste it there

I make this 16x16 size favicon icon & i attach this favicon area but not working

Yes i do that as like what u Say's,shows icon but not moving only steel pic..........
