How to make it so that someone cannot see any forum content until they have logged in?
The forum I am working on is only for a specific group of friends, and I wish to be able to require a log in on my home page before the forums are shown in any way. Is this possible on Forumotion? I attempted to search for a similar topic, but was unable to find any results.
Similarly, is there any way to set it so that the administration must approve a user before access is allowed/the user can access the forums as a whole?
Is there any hope for my cause? ):
Thank you for any assistance!

Hello,
** You must set first your forum permissions control to members only. To do that.
1. Administration Panel
2. General
3. Categories & forums
4. Click Permission
5. And check the checkbox to members only. Guests must be unchecked.
With that, if all your forums and categories are viewable by members only, when you enter the forum,I believe it will be automatically go to log in page.
** No, there is no any other way the approval of administrator before the member can access the forum. If the forum is accessible by member it will automatically see by the member.
