how to make a special Private Message capacity for member specials

I want to ask the question the capacity of private messages to members specials.
example: inbox is usually full until at least 50. But if to special members whether the capacity of the inbox or private messages can be larger.

The maximum is 50 . You cannot increase it in anyway .
