1. First Impressions (Score: 14/20):
   It is good, but you can work making more forums to entretain the users. Like International soccer(South American,etc)
   
2. Categories & Forums (Score: 4/10):
   How i said before... create more forums and categories to attract more users!

Graphic Design & Layout

1. Graphics (Score: 11/20):
   Banner
   The banner colors are weird. Try taking out that lightblue from it
   
2. Navigation Bar
   Very good! I like the icons. You can make them better, but they're awesome.
   Forum Icons
   There are no icons. That is not a good signal to attract more users. Try adding some icons. There are many designers here that would help you
   'Who Is Online?' Image
   Not who is online image. Try getting designers to help you
   
3. Forum Layout & Colors (Score: 8/10):
   The colors are very good combinated! But try to change your banner. Anyways, the white and black look awesome.

Opinion: Your forum, have a long way to go. You aren't working on your forum at much. You should start working specially in the design. And try adding more categories and forums
