How to

So, i'm trying to make a forum for Runescape back in the old days in 2007.

I want it fully customized like the official forum back then, is there a way to do this trough CSS?

I have some basic skills but i'm not able to do stuff like this.

* First of all; i've tried adding those icons in front of usernames but it doesn't seem to work, it just ends up the same as before.


* How do i edit so that my header and footer fit nicely with the background? are there any CSS codes for this?

I know its not a forum, its a site, but it looks the same as the forum.

My forum style is Phbb 2 btw.

you just have to use the same colours and images and designs. *whilst avoiding copyrighting and stealing*

Just through a lot of customizing and general editing you will eventually get the same look.
getting the exact look you want takes time.

Ah i miss the old runescape too.
