Picture on the Categories

Ok so ive looked over the CSS and searched around the internet but i cant find a answer.

How would i replace the picture of the category instead of being just a black color to this?

Hello,

So it is Header Background Image?
1. Administration Panel
2. Display
3. Pictures & Colors > pic management > Advanced Mode
at the bottom or below, scroll down then you can find Header background image
