My members are having problems joining..
Two of my members are having problems joining. One of them never got the confirmation e-mail. The other joined, but doesn't show up in the memberlist and when she tries to re-register it says the name is taken. Our grand opening will probably be tomorrow, so I want to eliminate these joining problems before then. Thank you, I hope you can help..

What's the link to the forum? I'll try joining and see what it does to me.

I just registered, activated my account via email, and logged in. Nothing went wrong for me.

Okay, I will. Thank you! There is one more problem, though. The person who didn't receive the e-mail....Rok wrote:I just registered, activated my account via email, and logged in. Nothing went wrong for me.

No problem!
Tell that member to check in his/her Spam folder. Usually, if the person is using an email service like Hotmail or AOL, some emails get sent to the Spam folder.

He told me that he checked his spam folder. Is there any way to resend the activation code?
Re: My members are having problems joining..
Check in your administration panel under inactive users and see if those two accounts are there and active them.

He is having problems again though. I have activated his account, but now it says that he is either not active or invalid..

Check again to see if his account has been placed back in the inactive user section.

You could always create the account yourself, and then give the member the password so that he can login with it.
