Solved Multiple Background ?

Post by Alexed July 1st 2011, 7:45 pm

Hello,
So I'm using this picture as a background
Multiple Background ? Page-b10
and I want to add another color background (#f3e09e) which will be superimposed on the first bg (picture)
the result should be similar to this:
Multiple Background ? Page-b10

this my CSS code:
Code:
body {
   background-color: #5a2245;
   background-attachment: scroll;
        background-repeat:  repeat-y;
        background-image: url('http://i41.servimg.com/u/f41/12/61/44/85/page-b10.jpg');
        font-size: 12px;
   font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
        padding: 0em 0em  0em  0em;
        background-position:top center;
    }

Thanks in advance Smile

Hm...
I'd do it diferently. Make a background in PS for your forum like the second one you showed, cut it in two parts. Add one to http://i.imm.io/71BJ.png div#logostrip #logo {

And the second to http://i.imm.io/71Bw.png #ipbwrapper { so it' doesn't get cut like now on your forum = http://i.imm.io/71BX.png

Thanks a lot for your help Smile
I cut the top of the background and I added it to #logostrip #logo {}, I also used a background color + border in #ipbwrapper { }
everything looks perfect now Very Happy
