Can't export my skin!

Hello.

Why I can't export my skin? When I press export it's begin, but after 2-3 seconds stop...???

ive never used IE to do it but Chrome and firefox works,it just takes about a minute for the save dialog to pop up,if your using IE try switching

I use Chorme. Now I try with Firefox and again don't work.

This is a bug that the techs are looking into.
