Changing founders - questions

Looking for some more info on changing founders on forums

In this case i am looking at a change according to
You are part of the administration of a forum and the founder is absent

Is it still necessary that all the messages posted on the forum with the founder account are deleted (like in where the founder wants to leave the forum) ?

Essentially we just need access to specific admin tools in the founder account - we are happy for the existing posts to stay (and dont wont to see posts deleted in the future if the founder account changes again). So basically the founder account would just be used for those things and not posting on the forum itself , is this possible ?

I am looking to change founders as well. I would like to give the website to someone else and make them the founder. Is that possible?

You cannot really change the founder unless you have their login details, which im not sure is allowed.

I am the founder. That's what I am talking about, I want to give the site to someone else.
