why in other forum the moderators of each forum cannot seen in forum index but why my created forum when i set permission i can see them in the forum index.in other forum when i open the category i can see the permission but i cannot see the permission in their forum index??

as you can see when you visit other forum we cannot see the moderators in each category in forum index right? but why in my forum i can see the moderators of each category in the forum index

no not that try to create forum then create legend then when you set permission to that category you can see the moderators of each category in the forum index
