Hi all

I have a member who emailed me to say they could not register on the forum so I registered with their email address and sent them the username and password

I can log in ok with their username and password but they still cant?

I do think the issue has to be with their computer? I have asked them to try and log in on another pc

Does anyone have any ideas on what the issue could be?

Confused

do you active your forum`s e-mail activation when someone register ?,
if it so, the account should be activate by checking the link in the e-mail adress.

Hi,

Can you confirm with them that they are certain that they are using the current Username & Password, because if there is a character missing in either and the password/username is incorrect, they will not be able to log in.
Are they promoted with a error message by any chance?

Thanks guys I have checked they are putting in the correct username and password in the correct case etc

Also the account is active

They said they are using a Mac and I really dont know anything about them

They just keep saying that when they put in the logging information that it comes up with incorrect info but I am able to log in with the same info from my pc

I have asked them to try logging in from a different computer to check its not there one that is causing the problem

This is an odd one lol
