Solved Unusual restore request

Post by poodleantics July 11th 2011, 11:12 pm

Hi all,

We had a forum hosted her for three odd years and the person who created it decided that because it was slow (as in postings) no one wanted it anymore.
So without any consultation with any of the active users or 2 other admins she decided to DELETE the forum.
She sent a SMS that stated:
"the sun will rise and set without me, I honestly thought no one was using the forum with a post or 2 a week, time for me to move on"

She has taken down her 2 business websites, closed her facebook profiles, twitter etc etc, no trace.

All that reference material has gone Sad

So my question is can we get the forum back and admin/creator profile handed over to me as I am being bombarded with emails and SMS's

I can supply more information vi PM or direct email. Happy to call you if needed.

Kind Regards
Christopher...

You can only get the forum back by getting the creator e-mail and password. You would have to ask the person who created the forum for that.

Unfortunately, that's the only way.

Thought that might be the case, she refuses to hand it over "because it was hers and she owned it so no one else can have it" Sad

In that case, you can't get the forum back.
