Do you mean the member created a new account or he/she changed his/hers username?

Nothing is sowing up for this username. I have another user in the deactivated section. Both say not active but only one shows up in list

Please answer this question:

Do you mean the member created a new account or he/she changed his/hers username?

How did you deactivated the account?

Try this:

Adminstration Panel>>General>>Forum>>Configuration

Scroll to bottom of page and found the section called Misc Options.
Found this: Resynchronize your forum or the one for a specific user.

Sorry that I could not help. It seems odd that it is not showing up if you did deactivate the account.

Hi,

When you head to Admin panel >> Users & Groups > Search users, can you insert the supposedly inactive username. Does it come up?

If so, click it and check if it's active - if it is set as active, please change it to Banned, then save, then proceed to change it back to active "Yes".
That should force the system to re-set the account.

If it's showing inactive, change it to active.

If it doesn't show up, make sure the spelling is correct or put a '*' to act as a wild card to find anything similar.
If it doesn't still show up, please check with the user to ensure the username is correct.
