In progress category wont show up on phpbb3 or invision

okay my category does not show up when i install a phpbb3 or invision but on phpbb it shows up just fine my settings is on the right thing

Hi,

What settings do you have in Admin panel >> Display >> Strukture and hierarchy >> Split Categories on index >> Medium?
