Solved Problem with a color - not sure how to explain

I'm not sure how to explain this so I made a screenshot and circled the problem. I want to get rid of those little white corners. If it's not CSS, could you to me exactly which field in the colors I need to change? Thanks!

should be in the css. they'll be the images that are titled "corners" if not look in acp>> display> pics management(advance mode)> scroll toward bottom of page and look there under "corners".
