Lost Founder's Password?

For founders who lost their passwords

You are a founder and can't reach your forum or the tools because you can't remember your password? Ask for a new one! Please read the whole message carefully.

A few important points for the security of your forum:

Don't send a password reset request to multiple staff members. You can end up getting your password changed multiple times.

Don't write your forum address and creation email in public. This is supposed to be sent in PM.

Giving only the required information that is needed is impolite, a few words such as please or thanks is greatly appreciated.

You must have two messages posted on the board to be able to contact someone. Please don't spam on the board to get your two posts. If you need to get two posts, you can head to the Forum Discussions section and post in any topic.

Please wait patiently for a response. You will get a reply when the staff member reads your message.

If you don't remember your creation email please provide a list of possible emails that you might have used. This will help narrow solution and will speed up the process of getting your password reset.

If you are using a domain name you bought from Forumotion please provide the old sub domain name that was created when you created your forum. Example: (http://yourforum.forumotiondomain.com).
