Get Rid of the CSS Length Limit

It's the most annoying thing ever. The basic CSS can't even fit inside the personalized CSS. I'm always having to search through and delete pointless lines of code just to fit stuff in my CSS.

I've honestly started putting a lot of internal styles in the templates just to avoid this problem.
