Hover then text appears

I there a BB code where I hover over an image so text appears? Or some kind of other code. Better yet, like the Facebook widget to the right. You hover and text appears and go to a link.

Change the Text Suukis Profile to what you want the hover text to be.

Edit: I actually tried using it and txt doesn't appear when I hover.
