As i said, you probably wont find help here, as this is not the right section. Make a request in for appearance or check hitskins.

nikko, people aren't going to be completing any theme requests any time soon.

It looks like a really basic theme to me from here, so I'm sure if you use one of the default themes you can play around with the colours and CSS to achieve something that looks like that.

However, you can't just go around asking for other peoples' themes and expecting them to give it to you.

I like how the NoNew and Locked images on the homepage of that board still have the vBulletin watermark.
