Help needed for a chatbox design

Hi guys

Just need some help with a chatbox code.

i've tryed a few chatbox designs, but i'm really looking for a certain one, but can't get the code right.

I really want a chatbox that looks like a tiny widget on the side of the site, where you can see comments. But to comment you move the cursor over the widget, and the chatbox enlarges, and then you can comment. Also whould be handy if the chatbox could feature on everypage.

I'm new to this, but I'd like help with something similar. I'd like to make a chat widget that let's users actually log-in/log-out. As it is right now, I have to have the main chatbox displayed at the bottom of the portal page to let people login, then the chat widget will work. But I'd rather just have the widget and forgo the chatbox on the bottom of the homepage.
