Admin-panel Permissions?

Hello,

On the admin panel, if i add a user to the Administrator group
is it possible to set special permissions within the panel?

Like, if that user only should be able to use the
General -
Forum section

Or alike. this would be nice if possible, the only thing they do not have access to is
the Mic's area with credits and so on. is this changeable?

if not, is it possible to make it that way.
