Please can i have www.darkseaadventures.simplygaming.org deleted off your database everywhere leaving nothing behind.

I have got legal action before and yes i know its a forum but peoples personal infomation is being used.

Thank you.

P.S.S If you also see the forum is unactive since 2010 i have been trying to get in contact with the webmaste but it shows he has used a Spam email address
P.S.S.S also, if it is possilble, can you block all "darkseaadventures" from your database?

The website has taken his company or forum name, so he wants it removed.

I really don't see the big deal, it's an inactive forum with the same name.

..... Mrmario? you do not understand english?

The forum link is - http://darkseaadventure.simplygaming.org/

I want it deleted so its off google.
I want it deleted so peoples infomation is not being scammed or sent to third parties
I want it delted so Our forums is the correct one's to go to.

If you can not delete it, then we have a very big problem, and what i mean by this is there is no other Modertor/admin.

So if you really can not be bothered to delete it which will take a few seconds.. then can i recover the account?

If the founder has been inactive for 6 months and 1 day, you can try to get the founder account.

The forum is not breaking Forumotion's Terms of Service Agreement. The is no reason to take it down, simple as that.

The only thing I can recommend is that you make your forum active, because if an inactive forum appears first on a Google search then what does that say about your forum?

I visited your site and noticed that it is in disrepair. I would recommend first getting your act together and getting that shabby place running before you come whining about a forum with no members stealing your activity.

You have no right stomping in here making demands. MrMario would have responded if you would've sent him a nice request via PM, but instead you prance around bragging about being a "CEO" and blabbering on about legal action.

Just get over it. No one's going to do anything.

You're not going to get anyway by making threats here. Doesn't work that way. Like people said above, it's not breaking the Terms of Service so you can't do anything about it.
