can't change the site title Empty can't change the site title

I have changed site title, worked.
It showed right on e-mails, and pms.
But, once i use my browser.
It's still the same, other forums don't have a "Free Forum" at beginning,
mine does, and also i changed something after the free forum bit, that's not showing up either.

Administration Panel > General > Search engines > Homepage title field (modify)
